The location was very good. Even though we had to pay for breakfast, we liked the little cafe that was attached to the property, for its convenience. Also, The blueberry pancakes were the best we ever had and the dining staff was very helpful and nice.

Room with King bed & hot tub were great to relax in in private.plenty of pillows & nice towels & hot water! Mirror & sink outside of bathroom is handy. They also have indoor & outdoor pools! Pretty river views in back. TV & fast wifi! Both came on immediately, no problem all 5 days! Central location on Cape. Minutes from Hyannis. 1 hour to p-town. Near Pirates Cove mini golf!

Love the breakfast place on site. Room was big and set up nicely with jacuzzi and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had overall really nice stay and will be back again. Was our 6th stay at least.

It's was exceptionally clean. Very nice smell, all fresh. Great first impression, didn't fade. We did a very late check in, they were all ready for us. The bed was so good we couldn't get up in the morning.
